    We enjoyed the daily fitness class by the pool and the wine tasting session. The beach was fine and the staff was super friendly. Close to restaurants and shops made it easy. Definitely recommend checking out the complimentary hand massages too!

    Only downside was the noise from the convention events. One night, the live music was so loud it was like the walls were vibrating.

    the restaurant here was nice with different cuisine, we both ordered hot dishes. it was huge, exceptionally comfortable bed. the location was great and peaceful, around 10-15 minutes walk from h roof.

    Beautiful and wonderful location really close to the actual beach, and the so called Argentine restaurant in a fantastic area. Lots of food at breakfast, such as pastries, fruit, and eggs.

    It is really a great place to be. Despite being a "formal" hotel in a beach environment, it can be a great place to be in Cancun. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful. The spa has great facilities with very good profesionals

    The pool area is a little old -fashioned, with careless poor chairs. The bed could be even more comfortable

    Wonderful hotel - lovely rooms - fantastic view ... perfect!

    Don't think the internet charges were acceptable - very high. Also, don't think it is acceptable to have to pay for drinking water - at this room rate, at least a liter of water per day should be included.
